Successful rendezvous with undercover agent, Ms. Take. She provided a packet of documents, see attached, that support theory the Block are planning to expand into Toronto. No indication of a master plan, but a date–November 1st–for incursion was very clear. Ms. Take to cease undercover operations. Deemed too dangerous at this time, as she could end up in the middle of superheroes and supervillains. Her identity to remain protected at this time in case additional undercover work becomes necessary.
Excellent work by the entire team as they provided eyes and ears across the AGO to ensure secrecy of the meeting. Commendation for Morpheus who masterfully redirected a nosy civilian(? Curator deploying Network to confirm identity).
Curator met with the Mayor at midnight. Presented all information regarding the Block. The Mayor was quite perturbed. Approved activation of the SCRIBE Protocol. Date of initiation set to October 25th, allowing time for the Vine to coordinate patrols and supplies, Curator to prepare necessary paperwork.

Weather on moving day should be beautiful.
You’ve all received your assignments. Some will be needed to move to the new space. Everyone else should focus on settling in from day one.
Familiarize yourself with moving around the city.
Don’t be afraid to make a splash!
Remember: Check-in on the First. Keep eyes peeled for the Mayor.
